The husband and I stayed at the Landmark Motel Thursday night. It was great…just as advertised. Clean and comfortable rooms. No frills, but all we needed. The owners were very nice and eager to please their customers. Perfect location. We walked 1 block over to enjoy Crescent Lake Park, and Sunken Gardens is right across the street from the Motel. Lots of restaurants nearby. We were very pleased to find Landmark Motel: clean, inexpensive, and great location!
The room is very clean. I have a really nice refrigerator but there's no freezer.I've got to go see if they have any shampoo cuz it did not come with the room. There's only a shower and no bathtub. There's no bedbugs. The room came with a microwave and a TV with very little channels on it. The air conditioner works excellent

My husband and I were here for work. What a great little place! Owner was amazing. Made sure we were pleased. He really takes pride in this establishment and it shows. Nothing fancy, but very clean, quiet, and cozy. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
Hey I stayed here about almost a week ago and I can say it was very nice for the price it was a last minute stay and had clean rooms and all the Commodities I could ask for in that situation plus there's tons of great places around so if you're looking a place to crash for a night I would definitely recommend it
